FOR SAMSUNG (AND OTHER DEVICES WITH NO LWP ACCESS), install: "Live Wallpaper Setter" by Brunchware. TO ACCESS SETTINGS, use: "Live Wallpaper Settings Shortcut" by Cypher Cove. And don't buy devices from manufacturers who remove these basic Android functions! Btw, this remains a great live wallpaper which still runs smoothly and looks great after eight years.
